Contract Recruiter

Our client, one of the world’s top engineering firms, is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 3-6 month assignment. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their state-of-the-art office in Midtown, Manhattan. 

Job Details 

• Liaise with teams and hiring managers to identify their talent needs 
• Source potential candidates through various recruiting platforms 
• Review resumes and perform initial phone screens 
• Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers 
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics (both virtual and in-person) 
• Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates 
• Oversee negotiations and prepare offer letters 
• Enter and update candidate information in ATS 
• Pay rate: $35-45 per hour, based on experience 
• Time Commitment: 3-6 months 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• 3-5 years’ experience in corporate recruiting 
• Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter 
• Must have ATS experience – Greenhouse knowledge, a major plus! 
• Dedicated to detail and highly organized 
• Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
