A leading communications and marketing firm is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing HR team in NYC.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally recruiting within communications, PR, or a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experienced with full-cycle recruiting, particularly junior and entry-level hiring
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and candidate relationship-management skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offers and close
- Proactively build pipelines of active and passive candidates across practices and experience levels
- Conduct candidate screens and coordinate strategic interview processes
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with HR leadership on compensation, offers, and negotiations
- Develop job descriptions, manage postings, and support creative sourcing strategies
- Monitor talent trends and competitor hiring activity to strengthen recruiting efforts

Salary Range: $70,000 – 125,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
