Description
Join a growing law firm as a Human Resources Associate, supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering closely with the CHRO. This role will touch recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, & firmwide initiatives.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, business, or a related field
- 1–4 years of HR experience within a recruiting agency, law firm, or financial services firm is preferred
- You are organized, detail-oriented, discreet, & comfortable managing competing priorities
- You have strong communication skills and familiarity with MS Office, JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, & business software
What You’ll Do
- Support recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, & new-hire orientation
- Assist with benefits inquiries, employee relations matters, HRIS updates, & PEO coordination
- Review and update HR policies, records, databases, & spreadsheets
- Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives
- Partner with the CHRO on HR projects and day-to-day department needs

- Employees receive responsive, professional HR support
- Recruiting, onboarding, benefits, & HR records are handled accurately and efficiently
- You become a trusted resource to the CHRO and broader firm
Salary Range: $60,000 – 85,000 (annually based on experience)
