Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking an Associate Director of Facilities to join the team.   

Who You Are 

  • You have 10+ years of facilities management experience, preferably within a professional services environment  
  • Experienced leading teams, vendors, and large-scale office operations  
  • Strong knowledge of NYC building systems, regulatory compliance, and life safety requirements  
  • Skilled in workplace projects, office expansions, and infrastructure management  
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and a service-focused mindset  

What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee facilities operations for a large headquarters location and multiple regional offices  
  • Lead maintenance, infrastructure, security, life safety, and workplace services programs  
  • Manage facilities staff, vendors, and transportation operations  
  • Support office build-outs, renovations, and capital improvement projects  
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business continuity objectives  
  • Drive operational improvements that support organizational growth

  • Facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all requirements  
  • Employees and visitors experience a high-quality workplace environment  
  • Infrastructure and security programs perform reliably across locations  
  • Projects are delivered successfully and support long-term business objectives  
  • The facilities team is viewed as a trusted operational partner across the organization 

Salary Range:  $165,000 – 190,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Fully on site
