A fast-growing venture capital firm based in NYC is seeking an Office Manager to join the team! 

Who You Are 

  • You have 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, corporate hospitality, or a client-facing administrative role  
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through  
  • Service-oriented with a professional presence and high emotional intelligence  
  • Experienced coordinating vendors, facilities services, and office-related projects  
  • Resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs and addresses issues before they escalate  

What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and professional environment  
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance providers, office services, and workplace logistics  
  • Maintain meeting spaces, office inventory, mail operations, and overall office presentation  
  • Support onboarding activities, team events, catering, and internal culture initiatives  
  • Assist with meeting coordination, technology setup, and other operational needs across the office  
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and proactively resolve workplace challenges  

What Success Looks Like 

  • The office consistently operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently  
  • Employees, clients, and visitors receive a high-touch, service-focused experience  
  • Workplace issues are resolved proactively with minimal disruption  

Salary Range:  $75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience 

Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
