A top New York City law firm is seeking an Events and Marketing Specialist to join the team.
Who You Are
- Experienced managing corporate events, client experiences, or hospitality-driven programming
- Strong knowledge of NYC venues, restaurants, and event trends
- Creative, resourceful, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and last-minute requests
- Strong communicator with a polished, service-oriented approach
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute events ranging from large firm gatherings to smaller client dinners and networking experiences
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics from concept development through onsite execution
- Lead internal engagement initiatives including wellness programming, social activities, and employee events
- Source venues, vendors, and experiences that align with the organization’s culture and client expectations
- Manage gifting programs for clients and employees, including customized and time-sensitive requests
- Partner with internal teams and committees to support culture-building initiatives and special events

Salary Range: $85,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
