A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Legal Support Specialist to join the team in Boston, MA.
Who You Are
- You have 4+ years of legal administrative support experience at a law firm
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, iManage, IntApp, and legal support tools
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, edit, and proof legal and administrative documents
- Manage attorney calendars, travel, meetings, and client coordination
- Handle billing support, expense reports, prebills, and time entry
- Maintain files, intake documentation, and attorney records
- Coordinate with internal teams on operational and administrative requests
- Support legal research, CLE tracking, and business development activities
What Success Looks Like
- Attorneys receive responsive, high-quality support across daily operations
- Scheduling, billing, and document management are handled accurately and efficiently
- Client and internal communications remain professional and organized
- Deadlines and priorities are managed effectively
Salary Range: $75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid
