A data‑driven growth consultancy is seeking a Director, Analytics & Insights to decode complex signals and illuminate the path to smarter marketing investment. The role provides the chance to architect insight frameworks, leverage advanced tools like real‑time modeling, and catalyze growth through sharper, more confident decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and steer comprehensive measurement approaches that capture brand health, campaign effectiveness, and cross‑channel performance
  • Translate diverse data sources into insights that shape marketing strategy and investment choices
  • Lead conversations with senior client partners, using data‑driven narratives to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Work closely with channel teams to ensure tagging, tracking, and data flow are set up for accurate and consistent reporting
  • Establish standards for data governance, validate inputs, and safeguard the integrity of all analytics outputs
  • Identify performance patterns, uncover opportunities, and guide optimization strategies rooted in evidence
  • Serve as the primary analytics voice for the client, elevating the function and driving measurement maturity

  • A strategic thinker who can guide clients, challenge assumptions, and elevate the role of analytics within an organization
  • Comfortable overseeing sophisticated measurement programs without relying on hands‑on reporting work
  • Skilled at collaborating across media channels to ensure data quality, alignment, and consistency
  • Adept at navigating fast‑moving environments, especially within agency or multi‑stakeholder settings

 

Salary Range:  $150,000 – 165,000 per year, based on experience

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid
