A prominent international investment management firm is seeking a Corporate Catering Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. 

Who You Are 

  • You have at least one year of catering or office services experience in a corporate environment 
  • Organized and attentive to detail with the ability to anticipate needs throughout the day 
  • Flexible and reliable when priorities shift based on meeting flow or office activities 
  • Able to maintain discretion while working with internal teams and visitors 
  • Comfortable handling light kitchen duties and front-of-house support 

What You’ll Do 

  • Prepare shared meeting spaces in advance to ensure they are presentation-ready 
  • Provide on-site support during scheduled meetings, alternating with reception coverage as needed 
  • Keep all kitchen, pantry, and conference areas orderly, stocked, and guest-ready 
  • Manage beverage service and refreshment preparation for internal gatherings 
  • Coordinate and support delivery or pickup of catered meals within the building 
  • Monitor supply levels and communicate replenishment needs proactively 
  • Reset and refresh meeting rooms following use to maintain a professional environment

  • Meetings begin smoothly with food, beverage, and room details handled seamlessly 
  • Common areas remain clean, organized, and properly supplied throughout the day 
  • Front desk and office operations continue uninterrupted during high-traffic periods 
  • Internal teams experience consistent, dependable support without needing to ask 
  • The workplace reflects professionalism and care in every shared space 

Pay Rate: $22-23 per hour, based on experience 

Location: New York, NY – On site
