A top personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join the team!
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Admitted to practice in New York with a JD from an accredited law school
- Confident managing an active docket while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working within case management platforms -- Filevine experience a plus!
- Clear, professional communicator who exercises sound judgment and discretion with sensitive client matters
- Resourceful, deadline-oriented, and motivated to deepen trial-level experience
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior litigators to advance personal injury matters from intake through resolution or verdict
- Take ownership of day-to-day case progression, ensuring deadlines, filings, and strategic next steps stay on track
- Draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery materials, and deposition and trial preparation documents
- Perform targeted legal research to support case strategy and courtroom appearances
- Serve as a steady point of contact for clients while maintaining professional rapport with opposing counsel

- Cases move forward efficiently with well-prepared filings and organized supporting materials
- Clients feel informed and supported throughout the litigation process
- Court appearances and negotiations are backed by thorough preparation
- Deadlines are consistently met across a full caseload without sacrificing quality
Salary Range: $110,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site in Downtown Manhattan
