Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience in corporate or luxury hospitality
- Energetic and approachable with a professional, welcoming presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and supporting both administrative and office coordination tasks
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist office visitors while ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate office logistics including pantry upkeep, coffee supplies, and food deliveries
- Manage travel and expense reports for the executive team
- Support onboarding processes and assist with general office coordination
- Provide administrative support for leadership and team projects
- Help plan and execute office events such as holiday celebrations
- Occasionally run errands such as picking up items from local stores
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment, including kitchen organization

- Office operations run smoothly and visitors feel welcomed
- Executive team receives timely and accurate administrative support
- Events and office activities are well-organized and enjoyable
- The workspace remains clean, stocked, and inviting for employees and guests
Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
