What You’ll Do
- Welcome visitors and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Coordinate catering services and oversee food vendor interactions
- Prepare visitor offices and manage travel, car, and restaurant bookings
- Maintain concierge spaces and conference rooms across multiple floors
- Monitor meeting room supplies and assist with technology and printing needs
- Use scheduling tools to manage room reservations and update digital panels

Salary Range: $63,000 – 68,000 annually, based on experience
