Our client, a financial services firm in the environmental sustainability space, is seeking a Receptionist to join the team. This role is fully on site in New York City. 

Who You Are 

  • Experienced in front-of-house roles within professional services or hospitality environments 
  • Known for your meticulous attention to detail and warm, service-driven approach 
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and distinguished guests 
  • Physically capable of handling tasks that involve lifting, stocking, or packing 
  • Tech-savvy with strong command of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools 
  • Highly responsive and communicative via Outlook and Slack 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage reception duties including phone coverage, guest check-ins, and meeting room coordination 
  • Provide administrative support such as document preparation, printing, and expense tracking 
  • Assist with event logistics including signage, name badges, catering, and setup 
  • Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and place orders 
  • Act as the point of contact for building operations, submitting maintenance requests and managing visitor access 
  • Run occasional local errands such as mail drop-offs or lunch pickups 
  • Travel domestically twice a year

Salary Range: $65,000 – 70,000 annually, based on experience
