Our client is a prominent Jewish educational organization. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chancellor. This position is fully on site and has a 4-day workweek.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Chancellor
- Act as primary gatekeeper and communications liaison for the Chancellor
- Proactively manage the Chancellor’s complex schedule
- Prepare meeting materials and coordinate room setup (A/V, catering, etc.)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Welcome guests to the Chancellor’s office
- Manage inventory of office supplies and pantry items
- Salary Range: $80-83k annually, based on experience
- Schedule: 9.25-hour days, 4 days per week

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
- 5+ years’ Executive Assistant experience
- Able to monitor for occasional off-hours communications and complete tasks, as necessary
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
- Hebrew language proficiency, a plus!
