Job Details
- Assist with corporate transaction tasks
- Draft legal documents, edit, and compare versions
- Maintain corporate and stock records
- Assist with legal research and analysis
- Create and manage entity formation paperwork
- Prepare SEC, Blue Sky, and UCC filings
- Salary Range: $100-180k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on corporate transactions and Blue Sky laws
- Must have experience with technology corporations
- Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
