Description
Our client, an established global Real Estate asset manager, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a high-performing team of executives! This position is fully on-site at their beautiful office in Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with internal and external executives to coordinate complex meetings across time zones
- Utilize Outlook for calendar management
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, including formatting graphs and charts
- Proofread a variety of presentations and documents
- Accurately create and maintain detailed Word documents and Excel reports
- Arrange complex travel itineraries (transportation, hotel, maintain profile with up-to-date documentation)
- Submit and process invoices along with other administrative tasks
- Ensure essential projects are completed by the deadline while handling multiple priorities
- Interpret and anticipate the needs of the executives
- Manage email filing and prepare meeting documents as well as take meeting minutes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Expert Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with expense management systems, such as Concur
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to handle confidential information
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience
