Our client is a high-end real estate consulting firm that advises on some of the most complex development projects across North America and abroad. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team and oversee contracts, compliance, insurance, and other critical business functions. This is a hybrid position, based part of the week out of their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, review, and execution of contracts with project teams
  • Manage insurance policies by processing renewals and recommending changes in coverage
  • Manage filings, licenses, and insurance certificates to ensure the firm can operate in jurisdictions around the United States
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, senior leaders, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to the team on improvements to templates and processes
  • Assist with special projects assigned by senior leadership

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of paralegal experience or other related experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional services firm, risk management preferred
  • Experience working with senior leaders in a professional, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage and build processes, follow through on requests, and perform quality assurance
  • Experience in contract drafting, editing, and negotiating skills in a client-facing role
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to leverage tools and platforms to optimize workflow and manage data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to DE&I
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience
