They are seeking a collaborative, entrepreneurial, analytical, and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute nurture programs to identify, engage, and acquire qualified leads, drive growth through cross-selling and new customer acquisition, and enhance brand and marketing effectiveness. This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing programs using a diverse content library to engage and convert leads, prioritizing existing customers and new prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Enhance the lifecycle marketing tech stack to refine audience targeting and campaign strategies.
  • Manage a channel-agnostic marketing mix, including Email marketing via HubSpot, Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, and 3rd Party Lead Generation.
  • Use marketing and audience data to optimize the channel mix and campaign messaging, continually measuring and refining marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner in content creation, adjusting strategies based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • Channel Expertise: 5-8 years in lifecycle marketing, with a proven ability to manage multiple channels (Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, Search, Social, etc.) and drive conversions.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficient with lifecycle marketing tools and platforms, including CRMs (preferably Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot, Act-On), and Analytics Suites.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Skilled in using data (Intent Data, Audience Data, Purchase Data, Content Performance Data) to enhance channel and messaging strategies; capable of presenting data-driven recommendations.
  • Industry Experience: Lifecycle marketing experience in a B2B environment, particularly within advisory or consulting, is highly preferred.
  • Must be an effective practitioner and contributor able to influence marketing strategy through data-driven insights.

Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience.
