Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. This organization prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance. This position is on site at their beautiful office in Downtown Manhattan.

Job Details
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent needs
- Utilize application-based recruiting tools and job boards to source talent
- Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Oversee hiring and onboarding process, including offer letters and orientations
- Other HR-related tasks, including compensation/benefits and payroll reporting
- Pay Rate: $38-45 per hour, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ Human Resources experience
- Must have recruiting, hiring, and onboarding experience
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local and federal labor laws
- Tech savvy, dedicated to detail, and highly organized
- Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
- Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
