Description
Our client, a World-Leading SaaS company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Specialist) to join their team. As the Project Manager (Specialist), you will support the Marketing team, and will help coordinate Marketing deliverables among team members as well completion of plans on time within budget and within scope.
This is a long term freelance assignment that will begin in January and last for several months and will pay 30-40/hr.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all aspects of the Marketing department, including Digital Marketing, Brand
- Marketing & Event Marketing to ensure that work is completed as outlined in the Marketing plan.
- Utilize Workfront to:
- Manage project timelines, ensuring resource availability
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution
- Track and monitor progress of activities within Marketing programs and campaigns
- Measure project performance using available tools
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Aid the Engagement and Digital Marketing teams in tracking program performance
- Aid the Marketing Program Manager in developing, managing, and reporting on the Marketing Budget
- Oversee contract approvals, artwork creation, deadlines, and invoice payment for marketing activities
Requirements
- 1-2 years Marketing experience within a B2B format
