For more than 10 years, Marcus has proudly called Gainor his “work-home” away from home. He has built close relationships with hundreds of clients and candidates across a range of industries, including law, finance, non-profit, real estate, and tech.
When he’s not connecting great businesses with excellent candidates, he is typically pondering and celebrating his next family vacation. So far, he and his wife have schlepped their young kids to Santa Fe, California, New Orleans, Florida, Colorado, Vermont, and many communities in upstate New York. His motto: “It’s tough being a parent anywhere, so you may as well be one somewhere interesting!”
Currently, Marcus lives in southern Westchester County with his wife, Michelle; son, Jonah; and daughter, Aria. Even so, a piece of his heart will always remain in his old stomping grounds of Brooklyn, where he lived for more than a decade. He visits frequently with family members who live nearby.
