Who You Are
- Licensed to practice in California with an active California Bar membership
- 5+ years’ experience in workers’ compensation litigation
- Skilled in legal research, negotiation, and oral advocacy
- Adept at managing deadlines and prioritizing case progression
- Comfortable mentoring junior staff or managing legal assistants
- Focused on client service and committed to professional integrity
- Interested in ongoing legal education and regulatory updates
- Able to travel domestically as needed
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and hearings
- Guide legal assistants and contribute to team training
- Review case files and ensure accurate, timely timekeeping
- Prepare legal documents and client communications
- Negotiate lien resolutions and case settlements
- Maintain and update case data using legal software
- Deliver client-facing training on relevant legal developments
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and experts
- Collaborate in marketing or industry events as needed
- Stay up to date with case law and evolving workers’ compensation statutes
- Participate in file reviews and help develop litigation strategies

Salary Range: $100,000 – 220,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Fully remote, based in Pacific Time. Office space available if desired, with multiple locations across California.
