Are you a strategic growth marketing leader with a proven ability to expand DTC brands? We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing for a rapidly growing, celebrated DTC beauty brand known globally.
You will lead customer acquisition and retention strategies across all channels, including the brand’s website, Amazon, marketplaces, and social media. You will lead a skilled team managing paid media, direct mail, affiliate and influencer marketing, organic social media, CRO, and web development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Development: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions across e-commerce platforms attracting over 200,000 monthly users.
- Paid Social Campaign Management: Take charge of managing and optimizing Facebook paid advertising campaigns with budget exceeding multiple millions, annual, ensuring maximum ROI, ROAS, etc.
- Content Oversight: Supervise the development and performance of all marketing materials, including paid ads, to maintain brand consistency and impact.
- Data Analysis: Utilize marketing data and campaign analytics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and product teams to integrate brand elements smoothly and deliver a unified customer experience.
Requirements:
- Growth Marketing Experience: 7-12 years digital growth marketing experience, the last 2+ years specifically within direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Paid Media Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and drive conversion for large-scale paid social advertising campaigns with deep knowledge of Ads platform functionalities.
- E-commerce Proficiency: Skilled in driving significant traffic and conversions for e-commerce sites with substantial monthly user bases.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in marketing for the beauty and wellness industry, ideally for a CPG DTC brand.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities with a history of using data to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Salary Range: $150-180k based on experience + bonus
