As VP of Demand Generation, you will lead company’s demand generation strategy and execution, scaling revenue and driving market expansion at a critical phase of growth. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and working closely with the executive team, this role emphasizes strategy, execution, and performance analytics to create integrated campaigns aligned with company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee demand generation strategy, combining hands-on testing and team management to meet revenue and MQL targets.
  • Design and implement scalable tests to refine the addressable market and measure LTV-to-CAC ratios.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive qualified leads and revenue.
  • Optimize multi-channel strategies across Paid Search, Display, Social Media, Email, Video, Marketing Automation, and AI.
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with overall conversion strategy.
  • Use advanced analytics to extract actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and reallocate budgets.
  • Support leadership by collecting and presenting data to inform investor value propositions.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 10–13 years in high-performing demand generation, ideally with early-stage companies (Series A–C).
  • 8+ years designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (Paid Search, Display, Social Media, Email, Video, Marketing Automation, AI).
  • 5+ years leading internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign efficiency and performance against KPIs.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Act-On, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver data-driven presentations for executives and investors.
  • Strong budget management skills, ensuring strategic allocation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Marketing to long sales cycle B2B buyers.
  • Navigating new markets with uncertain addressable markets.
  • Experience in advisory services, marketplaces, or brokerage businesses.
  • Familiarity with IT channel ecosystems, SaaS, and technology solutions.

Compensation:
$190K–$250K base salary + generous bonus + benefits
