Our client is a well-established, fiercely independent agency with a creative, collaborative culture focused on employee empowerment. They have managed hundreds of millions in media spend, delivering integrated media strategies that drive brand growth across Consumer, Entertainment, and Financial client verticals. 

Due to agency growth, they are hiring a VP, Paid Search to lead high-performing Paid Search and Biddable Media function for the agency. This role involves guiding a team, optimizing performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position is fully remote. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop the biddable media offering for the agency and execute high performing strategies to meet and exceed client objectives. 
  • Manage and optimize large-scale biddable media campaigns focusing on performance metrics such as Qualified Lead Generation, ROI, ROAS, and CPA/CPO. 
  • Foster exceptional client relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and translating them into comprehensive and well-executed biddable media strategies. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the biddable media team, ensuring industry-leading practices and execution. 
  • Establish systems to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies. Drive the agency’s thought leadership within the Biddable Media space by participating in conferences, writing POVs, and speaking at industry events. 
  • Act as the primary liaison with major industry platforms and software providers, including Google and Microsoft. 
  • Manage the integration and ongoing enhancement of workflow automation and AI tools in paid search processes. 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • 10+ years managing large-scale, conversion-focused biddable media campaigns, with a docus in Paid Search. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in achieving high ROI, ROAS, CPA/CPO, with a minimum of four years leading and mentoring teams of five or more. 
  • Proficiency in using SA360, Tableau, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). 
  • Solid analytical and technical skills, including a thorough understanding of advanced statistical concepts. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams to create integrated, multi-channel media strategies that drive lead generation. 
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets and improving paid search processes through standardization and implementation of leading technologies. 

 

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 based on experience
