They are seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join the team in Los Angeles.
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented legal professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in trademark paralegal work
- Skilled in both U.S. and international trademark procedures, including familiarity with USPTO systems and global filing protocols
- Comfortable navigating legal research platforms like LEXIS and Westlaw and proficient in Microsoft Office and docketing tools
- Motivated by innovation and committed to staying current with evolving IP regulations and practices
What You’ll Do
- Manage global trademark portfolios and coordinate with foreign associates across jurisdictions
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international trademark applications with precision and efficiency
- Conduct trademark searches using USPTO and Saegis tools and analyze watch notices and subscriptions
- Prepare and file copyright applications and assist with TTAB proceedings such as oppositions and cancellations
- Handle assignment and security interest recordations and maintain accurate docketing and mail review
- Monitor deadlines, renewals, and maintenance requirements and communicate updates to clients
- Support legal research efforts and summarize findings in clear, concise memoranda

- Clear and proactive communication with clients and legal teams regarding deadlines and procedural updates
- Effective prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Demonstrated initiative in legal research and continuous learning to support evolving client needs
Salary Range: $65,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid
