Who You Are
- A real estate paralegal with at least 5 years of experience in title and survey review
- Experienced in managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Skilled at communicating with attorneys, title companies, and opposing counsel to keep deals moving smoothly
- Comfortable handling complex portfolios as well as single-asset transactions
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all aspects of title and survey review across a range of commercial real estate transactions
- Review title commitments and surveys, summarize exceptions, and identify potential issues
- Finalize title proformas and endorsements, ensuring all materials are accurate and complete
- Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to develop practical solutions for title-related challenges
- Manage and track the completion of due diligence deliverables and ensure they meet transaction deadlines
- Support flood due diligence and related documentation requirements for client transactions
- Partner directly with title companies, borrower’s counsel, and other third parties to facilitate closing logistics

- You consistently deliver thorough and accurate title and survey reviews under tight timelines
- Attorneys and clients rely on your organization and judgment to streamline complex transactions
- You help identify and resolve potential title issues early, ensuring deals progress efficiently
Salary Range: $150,000 – 175,000 annually, based on experience
