An NYC-based real estate firm is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to join the team.
Who You Are
- You have 1-2 years of real estate experience; commercial property experience preferred
- Experience with Angus Anywhere, Nexus Payables, SharePoint, or Yardi Voyager is highly preferred
- Highly organized with strong communication, follow-through, and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with ability to learn new systems
What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, property management, engineering, and vendors
- Track service requests and support timely resolution of building issues
- Prepare and distribute tenant communications and building notices
- Maintain building records, manuals, vendor data, and certificates of insurance
- Administer card access and related documentation
- Coordinate vendor scheduling for building services and projects
- Support tenant engagement initiatives and move-in activities
- Manage incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and office supply needs
What Success Looks Like
- Tenants receive prompt, professional support and clear communication
- Service requests and vendor work are tracked accurately and completed on time
- Billing, invoicing, rent tracking, and payroll support are handled efficiently
- Building records and compliance documentation are current and accurate
- Property operations run smoothly with strong administrative support for the management team
Salary Range: $70,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – On site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
