Who You Are
- A highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant with a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders
- Skilled at managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary administrative partner to four senior partners
- Manage multiple busy calendars, keeping executives informed and prepared for all meetings and commitments
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials
- Monitor and respond to emails, draft correspondence, and maintain accurate contact databases
- Arrange travel and logistics
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports

Role Details
- Pay rate range: $40-43 per hour, based on experience
- Hybrid work environment with 2 days in-office per week
- Temporary assignment, full time, with potential to go perm
