Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis. This organization prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance. This position is on site at their beautiful office in Downtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Liaise with teams and hiring managers to identify their talent needs
- Source potential candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching
- Review resumes and perform initial phone screens
- Manage offer stage, including performing background checks
- Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates
- Pay rate: $42-47 per hour, based on experience
- Time Commitment: 35 hours per week
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in recruiting with a specialization in tech roles
- Must be a LinkedIn Recruiter expert
- Tech savvy, dedicated to detail, and highly organized
- Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
- Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
