A leading real estate development and management firm is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its high-performing team.

Who You Are 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in construction or property management 
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and city employment laws tied to recruiting, diversity, and compensation 
  • Trusted relationship builder comfortable working with executive stakeholders 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own full-cycle hiring from role discovery through evaluation and offer execution 
  • Design sourcing strategies aligned to near-term demand and long-range workforce goals 
  • Partner with hiring leaders to craft job content and structured interview tools 
  • Maintain recruiting data in spreadsheets and deliver insights to leadership 
  • Drive the referral program and spotlight hard-to-fill roles via monthly campaigns 
  • Expand pipelines through events, partnerships, and targeted outreach 
  • Elevate employer presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and related platforms 
  • Optimize ATS and recruiting tools while ensuring compliant candidate handling 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Hiring manager alignment and progress milestones are consistently achieved 
  • Qualified and diverse pipelines are delivered for priority roles 
  • Job content and interview frameworks are kept current and standardized 
  • Recruiting data accuracy and visibility are maintained for decision making 
  • Time to hire is reduced and candidate experiences are improved 

Salary Range:  $85,000 – 95,000 annually, based on experience 

Location: Douglaston, NY – Fully on site for first 90 days, then WFH one day per week
