Our client, a New York City-based architecture firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Pursuits Specialist to collaborate with a dynamic team and support the firm's pursuit efforts. In this position, you will craft compelling proposals, marketing materials, and presentations, and leverage digital marketing strategies to promote the brand and win new work. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter and enthusiastic team player.

Job Details:
- Lead the preparation and submission of a wide range of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations - - ranging from standard government submission (SF-330, AE, etc.) to freeform submissions.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants, and lead project management for individual pursuits from end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Pursuits Managers and Director on strategic messaging and storytelling for pursuits.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including qualifications packages, interview material, project sheets, resumes, and other storytelling and targeted marketing content.
- Participate in internal client development and pursuits meetings.
- Assist in maintaining accurate project data and marketing collateral through the firm's knowledge management systems, including Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset.
Graphic Design Focus:
- Act as a resource for the pursuits team regarding Adobe Creative Suite technical questions and graphic design principles.
- Collaborate with Pursuits Managers to support training and ongoing development of pursuits team on topics including effective use of templates and brand guidelines.
- Elevate graphic deliverables in diverse ways including providing "graphic clean-up" to peer documents; providing pursuit-specific templates for custom proposal elements; and designing editorial, client-focused collateral

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field
- Minimum 5 year of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field required
- Experience in a similar role in the A/E/C industry, or in a professional services firm, highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-review and peer-review work for accuracy and quality of content
- Ability to coordinate multiple efforts, establish timelines, and prioritize deadlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to present design concepts effectively to internal stakeholders
- Fluency using Adobe Creative Suite required, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Agile in leveraging Adobe InDesign to develop proposals
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required
- Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset is a plus
- Curiosity and interest in exploring evolving digital design technologies

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
