A leading executive search and staffing firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support Marketing within the financial services and technology sectors. The Senior Marketing Manager will be both hands on and strategic, bringing marketing strategy to life across SEO, email, social media, and events. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for executing programs that increase brand visibility with target audiences and generate qualified leads.

  • Experienced marketing strategist with a strong grasp of B2B professional services
  • Skilled in crafting multi-channel plans that drive measurable growth
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Able to translate business goals into actionable marketing frameworks
  • Confident evaluating talent and contributing to hiring decisions

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and evolve a comprehensive Marketing Playbook
  • Develop strategies across SEO, Social Media, Events, and Email Marketing
  • Recommend and outline additional high-impact channels such as PR, paid media, and partnerships
  • Create content calendars and define KPIs for each channel

  • Delivery of a clear, scalable marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Increased brand visibility and engagement across selected channels
  • Smooth transition of the playbook to a newly hired Marketing Manager
  • New opportunities for growth are identified through innovative channel recommendations
  • Strong collaboration with leadership and hiring teams

Pay Rate: $65-90 per hour, based on experience

Location: Hybrid; one day per week required onsite in Manhattan or Westchester
