A boutique commercial law firm based in Brooklyn is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join the team!
Who You Are
- You have a J.D. from an accredited law school and are admitted to the New York Bar
- You have 7+ years of commercial litigation or complex litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Confident managing high-value matters independently while collaborating with partners
- Trial experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Manage litigation matters through all phases, from pleadings and discovery through resolution
- Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Develop case strategy, conduct legal research, and draft persuasive briefs and motions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the litigation team

Salary Range: $175,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Brooklyn, NY – Hybrid
