Job Details
- Provide general administrative support for attorneys
- Communicate with clients and provide top-tier customer service
- Manage attorney calendars and arrange travel
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Assist with legal billing and timekeeping
- Coordinate opening of new matters and conflicts checks
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages
- Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents
- Salary Range: $70-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ Legal Secretary experience
- Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with legal terminology and documents
- Top-notch word processing and legal document editing skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills
