A purpose-driven brand consultancy is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape visual identities that inspire change and elevate impact. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with strategists, writers and fellow designers to develop thoughtful, effective creative solutions
- Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy and goals
- Explore and build visual systems including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, photography styles and more
- Apply design thinking to develop tools and assets that work across digital, print and video platforms
- Present ideas and prototypes that bring concepts to life in real-world applications
- Participate in design analysis to inform creative direction and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Conduct quality checks and refine deliverables to meet high standards across all media

Who You Are
- A graphic designer with 5–7 years of experience within a branding agency
- Motivated by purpose-driven work and passionate about using design to create positive impact
- Strategic in your approach to design and always thinking about audience, context and outcomes
- Committed to producing high-quality work that reflects care and craftsmanship
- Inspired by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in communities globally
Salary Range: $90,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Brooklyn, NY – Hybrid
