An established private equity firm with decades of experience in technology and healthcare is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting its leadership team. Who You Are
- A proactive Executive Assistant with a strong foundation in traditional EA responsibilities (calendar, expenses, travel)
- Adept at managing complex calendars and juggling priorities with grace and precision
- Comfortable supporting senior leadership and navigating confidential matters with discretion
- Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- A natural problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of humor
- Experience in HR, facilities, or operations support is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to two senior leaders
- Coordinate and manage evolving schedules, meetings, and occasional travel logistics
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Support cross-functional operations across administration, HR, and facilities
- Represent the firm with the highest standard of professionalism

Compensation & Perks
- Salary range: $135,000–$145,000 annually, based on experience
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM, with minimal overtime

- Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office, Fridays work-from-home (unless business needs require otherwise)
