As Senior Business Director, Measurement & Discoverability, you will own the day-to-day orchestration of measurement and discoverability workstreams, ensuring insights become clear direction that teams and partners can execute. You will serve as an operating partner to growth leadership, integrating analytics, strategy, creative, production, agencies, and vendors around audience engagement and measurable outcomes.
About the Role
- Own measurement and discoverability workstreams; turn insights into briefs, workplans, targeting, and activation plans.
- Connect analytics, strategy, creative, production, agencies, vendors, media, and platform partners.
- Translate segmentation into audience targeting and activation; monitor segment-level performance.
- Drive discoverability across search, social, and AI-driven surfaces.
- Evaluate paid-media effectiveness through audience movement and segment activation.
- Manage scopes, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
About You
- You have 8–12+ years in data, analytics, or digital strategy.
- Account or business-director experience with data-rich accounts and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in audience segmentation, paid-media effectiveness, agency/vendor management, and workstream orchestration.
- Knowledge of SEO, search, and digital/AI-driven discoverability.
- Clear communication of complex strategy to non-analytical stakeholders.
- Preferred: advanced measurement/data-science, donor/stakeholder, nonprofit, or boutique-agency exposure.
Salary Range
$165,000 - 175,000 annually, based on experience
Location
New York, NY – Hybrid, but primarily remote (~1 office visit per month)
