- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, enhancing ongoing brand initiatives.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research to underpin effective brand strategy.
- Drive strategic recommendations with clients and teams for multi-channel market execution.
- Guide creative, communications, and digital teams in strategic direction and execution.
- Ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery of projects in collaboration with account/project management.
- Mentor junior strategy team members, directing their professional growth.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
- Assist in business development with strategic insights for proposals and pitches.
- Develop case studies and Impact Reports post-project.
- Salary Range: $150,000-$225,000 based on experience.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in brand strategy, with a strong interest in B2B branding.
- Balanced analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and internal teams.
