A New York City-based law firm is seeking a Securities Paralegal to join the team! 

Who You Are 

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in corporate and securities law  
  • Working knowledge of SEC filings, including S-1, F-1, 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K  
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Adobe  
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate well across teams  
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment  
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a Notary certification; Certified Paralegal is a plus  

What You’ll Do 

  • Prepare and file entity formation, governance, and regulatory documentation  
  • Support SEC and related filings, including EDGAR access and compliance materials  
  • Assemble signature packets, closing documents, and transaction binders  
  • Conduct due diligence tasks such as lien searches and good standing requests  
  • Assist with audit responses and document requests  
  • Format and produce legal documents, reports, and presentations  
  • Provide day-to-day support to attorneys and contribute to special projects

  • Attorneys receive consistent, reliable support  
  • Transactions are supported with well-organized materials 
  • Filings and documents are completed accurately and on time 
  • Priorities are managed effectively with strong attention to detail  
  • Confidential information is handled with professionalism 

Salary Range:  $85,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
