A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join the team in Washington, D.C.   

Who You Are 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting support 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and familiarity with recruiting processes 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experienced with HRIS and ATS platforms 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service 

What You’ll Do 

  • Post open positions internally and externally across multiple job boards 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and administer pre-employment testing 
  • Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding instructions to new hires 
  • Enter new hires into systems and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate setup 
  • Conduct reference checks and manage employment verification process 
  • Track and process recruiting invoices and expenses 
  • Provide administrative support and assist with additional recruiting projects as needed

  • All open roles are posted promptly and accurately across designated platforms 
  • Interview coordination runs smoothly, ensuring a positive candidate experience 
  • New hires are onboarded efficiently with all systems and documentation completed 
  • Recruiting processes are executed with precision, compliance, and attention to detail 
  • Strong collaboration with hiring managers and internal teams to meet staffing goals 

Salary Range:  $62,000 – 68,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  Washington, D.C. – On site
