Our client is an industry-leading law firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis. The position is fully on site at their headquarters in Midtown, Manhattan.
Job Details
- Greet visitors and provide seamless experience to clients and guests
- Coordinate conference room reservation requests and book accordingly
- Address client and guest needs, inquiries, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Pay rate: $25-30 per hour, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in reception, guest services, or similar position in a corporate office or luxury hospitality setting
- Personable and customer service oriented
- Tech savvy and familiar with front-of-house software
- Punctual, reliable, and professional, with excellent sense of follow-up
- Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise
