A leading law firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal with Title & Survey expertise to support a dynamic litigation practice that spans commercial disputes, regulatory matters, white-collar defense, and personal injury. Who You Are
- A commercial real estate paralegal with 7+ years of law firm experience supporting NJ and NY transactions
- Must have bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate
- Deeply fluent in title and survey analysis across New Jersey and New York, including title insurance policies and endorsements such as ALTA and CLTA
- Comfortable navigating NJ bulk sale requirements as part of complex transactions
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a track record of catching issues before they escalate
- A clear and professional communicator who can translate technical information for attorneys and clients
What You’ll Do
- Drive the progression of commercial real estate matters from initial agreement through post-closing deliverables
- Analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning materials, and environmental documentation to identify and address risks
- Develop written analyses and correspondence related to title, survey, and objection resolution
- Prepare, assemble, and review transaction documents tied to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Interface with title insurers, survey professionals, lenders, and other external parties to clear conditions and secure final policies and endorsements
- Produce and review conveyance and loan-related instruments such as deeds, affidavits, UCC filings, and escrow documentation
- Orchestrate closing logistics in coordination with legal teams, clients, and settlement agents

- Title and survey issues are identified early and resolved cleanly before closing
- Attorneys and clients receive accurate, well-organized work product they can rely on

Salary Range: $85,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience
