Who You Are
- A real estate paralegal with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in transactional matters
- Well-versed in residential real estate with exposure to commercial deals
- Confident working with high-profile clients and complex property transactions in the New York market
- Known for your precision, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with real estate law, title insurance, and commercial lease structures
- Skilled in legal research, document drafting, and due diligence review
- Credentialed with a paralegal certificate or a related academic background
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys in managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, leases, and closing materials
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth communication and timely closings
- Maintain accurate records and manage transaction timelines with minimal oversight
- Stay current on relevant legal and regulatory developments in New York real estate

Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience
