Our client is a prestigious global law firm. They are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the Finance team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Chicago.

Job Details
- Order UCC lien searches and obtain documents from local and federal sources
- Review and analyze UCC lien search results
- Create summary charts and other documents in database
- Draft financial legal documents such as promissory notes and guaranties
- Correspond with clients and other stakeholders
- Assist with closings, including preparation of indexes and final document sets
- Salary Range: $100-145k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years’ experience as a Finance Paralegal
- Must have UCC lien experience
- Top-notch legal research, writing, and proofreading skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
