They seek a Paid Social Acquisition Buyer to lead large-scale paid media campaigns, with a mostly remote work setup that include periodic office visits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social and Biddable Media campaigns, using testing to refine strategies and optimize conversions in line with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign metrics, utilize tools and data tools to enhance KPIs, and ensure ad spend is efficiently allocated to maximize ROI, ROAS & CPL. Develop cross-platform strategies that effectively target audiences.
- Contribute to agency best practices by integrating leading platforms and data-driven approaches into media buying processes. Stay updated on industry trends and performance trends, guiding stakeholders on optimization opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and advocate for innovative campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that media buying activities align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of conversion-focused, Paid Social buying within an agency or brand
- Must have significant experience scaling campaign budgets
- Must have significant experience with conversion-focused media campaigns Optimized for gross margin, CPA, ROAS, CPL etc.
- Capable of handling highly complex and fast-changing media targets and offers
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of media channels and advertising technologies.
Base salary ranges from $95,000 to 110,000 and benefits include Training & Professional Development, Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, Flexible Paid Time Off, 401(k) + Matching, and Parental Leave.
