In response to platform growth, they are seeking an elite Paid Social Buyer to own all aspects of large-scale campaigns across various Paid Social ad products, leading planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting. They empower and compensate exceptional media buyers by providing the best resources and performance-based incentives, which enable Buyers to earn far more than anywhere else in digital media.
Responsibilities:
- Test and scale Paid Social Ad Buys, scaling/increasing campaign spending while improving performance KPIs
- Execute media buying strategies, create and launch creative, manage ad placements, optimize campaign performance, and analyze data to drive successful outcomes.
- Create and launch creative tests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with other departments to align media buying activities with the overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze & optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of performance media experience, with a concentration on scaling Paid Social Ad buys to multiple millions of dollars.
- A track record of scaling campaign budgets while optimizing for changing offers and performance targets
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 annually, based on experience.
