In response to platform growth, they are seeking an elite Google Search Media Buyer to own all aspects of large-scale Google Search campaigns from planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and analysis, to reporting.
They empower and compensate exceptional media buyers by providing the best resources & performance-based incentives which enables Media Buyers to earn far more than anywhere else in digital media.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee & scale large-scale Google Search/AdWords Buys, scaling/increasing campaign spending, while improving performance KPIs
● Test and generate new ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team.
● Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize internal performance and advertisers’ performance.
● Communicate campaign performance to advertisers and develop & test optimization strategies.
● Analyze performance data and provide intelligent interpretations based on conclusions
● Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives.
Qualifications
● 3-6 years Google Search/AdWords media buying for lead generation or install campaigns handling monthly budgets of $100k +, focusing on CPA targets and last-click conversion KPIs.
● Deep experience buying media across native advertising formats, targeting, and analytics tools, with proven success across multiple platforms.
● A track record of scaling/increasing campaign spending while maintaining or improving performance KPIs
* Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000 + performance bonus, based on experience
