A fast-growing start up is redefining alternative finance by giving traders access to futures markets. Built on transparency, exceptional customer experience, and a bold internet-native brand, the company has quickly become a top choice in the space since launching in 2025. Now entering its next phase of growth, the firm is hiring its first Paid Media Lead to architect and scale its paid acquisition strategy from the ground up. This role will own the full lifecycle of paid media—from audience insights and creative testing to channel expansion and global performance optimization.

  • A strategic thinker who transforms insights into actionable paid media campaigns 
  • Adept at analyzing audience behavior and turning data into growth opportunities 
  • Experienced across multiple social platforms, from Meta to emerging channels, with the ability to master each tool beyond basic execution 
  • Skilled at combining creative intuition with analytical rigor to optimize performance 
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments where experimentation drives results 
  • Driven by measurable impact and capable of managing significant ad budgets with accountability 

What You’ll Do 

  • Design and execute end-to-end paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand growth 
  • Segment audiences in depth, uncovering key behaviors, motivations, and engagement patterns to guide targeting 
  • Develop structured testing frameworks to validate campaigns, creative concepts, and channel approaches 
  • Scale high-performing campaigns by expanding audiences, refining messaging, and replicating winning tactics 
  • Continuously enhance campaign efficiency through creative iteration, bid management, and audience optimization 
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and audience capture 
  • Lead paid media efforts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit, tailoring strategies to platform-specific strengths 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, assess, and evolve content for maximum performance 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Audience segments are clearly defined and validated, consistently delivering strong ROI 
  • Paid campaigns are scaled effectively while maintaining efficiency and measurable impact 
  • Growth in reach, engagement, and conversions across all key channels is achieved and tracked 
  • Creative assets are performing optimally and refined based on testing insights 
  • Competitor opportunities are identified and leveraged to expand audience share 
  • Paid media strategy is established as a repeatable, high-impact engine for business growth 

Salary Range:  $150,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
