Our client is a boutique law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking an Operations Specialist to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. This is a unique opportunity with room for growth!

Job Details
- Manage office administration, supplies, technology, vendors, and more
- Act as main point of contact between partners, clients, and employees
- Provide general administrative assistance and calendar support
- Oversee client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage billing, including sending finalized bills and following up with clients
- Assist with marketing and finance projects, as needed
- Salary: $80-100k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years’ Operations or Administrative experience at a law firm
- Tech-savvy and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes
- Customer service-oriented, approachable, and level-headed
- Confident working with all levels of employees, leadership, and external partners
